Look after the people you care about, and make sure your wishes are followed.
A good estate plan makes sure your wishes are known and followed, both during your life and after you pass. It also spares your family stress, delay and cost at a difficult time.
We take the time to understand your situation and explain your options in plain English. Fixed fees are available for estate planning.
We can also keep your original Will and documents in our safe custody, so they're secure and easy to find when they're needed.

Common questions
What happens if I die without a Will in South Australia?
Your estate is shared among your relatives according to a formula set out in the Succession Act 2023 (SA). This may not match your wishes, and it can take longer and cost more to finalise.
What is the difference between an Enduring Power of Attorney and an Advance Care Directive?
An Enduring Power of Attorney covers your money and legal affairs. An Advance Care Directive covers your health care, accommodation and lifestyle decisions. Most people need both.
Do I need to remake my Will because of the new Succession Act?
No. Wills that were valid before 1 January 2025 remain valid. It's still a good idea to review your Will whenever your circumstances change.
