How much will my case cost?

Every case is different, so fees are worked out for your matter. We'll give you an estimate of costs at the start, and fixed fees are available, so you know exactly what you'll pay.

Should I answer police questions in an interview?

Generally, you don't have to answer questions in a police interview. Some questions you must answer by law, such as who was driving a vehicle or who owns a firearm.

If police want to speak with you, call us before you answer any questions.

How long will my case take?

It depends on the case. We'll talk you through likely timeframes after your first appointment, deal with your matter efficiently, and keep you updated.

Can I meet with you remotely?

Yes. We can meet by video or phone if that suits you better.

What should I do if I've been charged?
