Sexual Offences

Handled with care, discretion and complete confidentiality.

Allegations of sexual offending are serious and deeply stressful. They need a thorough, careful defence and absolute confidentiality.

Some charges are "historical", meaning the alleged offending happened many years ago. These cases raise their own evidence issues, which we know how to deal with.

Because of the stigma these charges carry, it is often possible to apply for a suppression order that protects your identity while the case is underway.

Offences we defend include

  • Rape

  • Indecent assault

  • Unlawful sexual intercourse

  • Sexual abuse of a child

  • Possession, distribution or production of child exploitation material

  • Acts of gross indecency
