Driving while disqualified, suspended or unlicensed can lead to large fines, a further disqualification and, in some cases, imprisonment.

The law treats these situations differently:

  • You held a licence, but it expired

  • Your licence was suspended or disqualified

  • You have never held a licence

Driving while disqualified, or without ever having held a licence, is treated much more seriously than driving on an expired licence.

Whatever your situation, we'll explain where you stand, what your options are, and represent you in court.
